Applicants sought for Southworth Ferry Advisory
Committee
PORT
ORCHARD, WA—The Kitsap County Board of Commissioners is
encouraging interested residents who use the Southworth ferry terminal to
apply for the open position on the Southworth Ferry Advisory Committee.
Ferry advisory committees represent ferry riders while promoting
improvements to the ferry system through interaction with the Washington
State Ferries, the Kitsap Regional Coordinating Council, the Transportation
Commission and the Legislature.
An application and position description may be obtained from Jan Koske,
Kitsap County volunteer services coordinator, at (360) 337-4650 or jkoske@co.kitsap.wa.us.
An application may also be completed on line at www.kitsapgov.com/volunteer/frmbrdapp.htm.
