Public Meeting to Discuss Noxious Weed Assessment
Increase
(Port Orchard) – The Kitsap County Noxious Weed Control Program
will hold three public meeting to discuss increasing the noxious weed
assessment. The proposed increase will provide citizens with more access to
individual assistance and will provide adequate funding for program
operations. The Weed Board is proposing an increase in the assessment from
$1 to $2 per parcel. Please stop in and provide your comments.
