Commissioner's Corner program available online Locally produced program provides news
about County government
(Port Orchard, WA) – The
Commissioner’s Corner is a half-hour program produced by Bremerton Kitsap
Access Television (BKAT) that highlights issues, events and activities in
Kitsap County. Each program features a County Commissioner and often
includes special guests and interviews. The program airs at 6:30 p.m. on
Mondays, and repeats at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday on channel 3 for Wave Cable
subscribers, and channel 12 for Comcast subscribers.
Kitsap County recently began making these programs available online using
Vimeo. Vimeo is a social media site that allows the County to post a wide
variety of informative and educational videos.
Commissioner Corner with Josh Brown
This program features District #3 Commissioner Josh Brown. Commissioner
Brown and BKAT's Char Burnette talk about the new turf at Gordon Field,
Phase II development at the Central Kitsap Community Campus, the Puget Sound
Regional Council 2040 award, development in the South Kitsap Industrial Area
and upcoming budget issues.
