You may request disclosure of public records by completing the Kitsap County Request for Disclosure of Public Records. The form is available by clicking the link below. Complete Section A and submit the form to our office in person, by mail, or attached as an email to Treasurer@co.kitsap.wa.us.

Within five business days of receipt of the request, the County will either: (1) provide the record(s); OR (2) deny the request (with an explanation for denial); OR (3) acknowledge the request and provide a reasonable time estimate for the response. The County will charge a fee of $0.15 per copy plus the cost of mailing. Payment is required before copying or mailing.
