Free Composting Classes Offered

Come learn the basics of successful backyard composting. It's not rocket science!  Fall is a great time to begin composting. Turn yard and food waste into "black gold" for your garden.   Win a free Cascadia composter from the Natural Landscapes Project.  Class is free and all are welcome.  Handouts provided.

Sunday, October 21
1:00 - 3:00 pm at the Poulsbo Fire Station, Hwy 305 across from Poulsbo Village.  

Wednesday, October 24
5:30 - 7:30 pm at Kitsap Chiropractic Office, 200 Bethel Road in Port Orchard.

Participants should register by calling Bobbie Morgan, Natural Landscapes Project, 206-842-5955.

The Natural Landscapes Project is supported by funds from Washington State Department of Ecology.
