Thanksgiving Closures for Garbage and Recycling

There is no residential and commercial collection for garbage, recycling and yard debris on Thanksgiving Day for Waste Management and Bainbridge Disposal customers. Waste Management’s Thursday pick-ups are on Friday, and Friday pick-ups are on Saturday. For Bainbridge Disposal customers, Thursday pick-up is on Friday and Friday pick-ups are on their regular schedule. 

The City of Poulsbo will continue their regular schedule throughout the holiday.

The recycling and garbage facilities at Bainbridge Island, Hansville, Silverdale, Olalla, and the Poulsbo Recycle Center are closed Thanksgiving Day. They will reopen the day after Thanksgiving..

The Olympic View Transfer Station is closed on Thanksgiving Day. 

The Kitsap County Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility is closed Thanksgiving weekend (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) and will reopen Thursday, November 29th.
