From Bremerton: Exit Highway 16 to Port Orchard following highway 166
to Sidney Avenue. Turn right onto Sidney Avenue Sidney for about 1 mile. Givens

Get directions from Mapquest From Highway 3: Take the Kitsap Mall exit onto Kitsap
Mall Boulevard, proceed to the first light and turn right onto Randall Road.
Proceed to the stop sign and turn left. As you near the end of the road, you
will see the Kitsap County Sheriff's Office Precinct Building and the
Silverdale Community Center on your left. The Silverdale office/Caregiver
Support Center is located in the Silverdale Community Center. On site
parking is available.
