(Senior I&A) helps seniors and families design individualized solutions
to meet their specific needs by providing:

Assistance with completing applications and gaining access
to benefits, programs and services

Referrals to programs and services

Ongoing coordination and monitoring of services

person at the Senior I&A office or at your home.
