Washington State Law provides limited property tax relief to specific classes of individuals. There are six primary programs.

• Residential Improvement Exemption

• Destroyed Property

• Senior Citizen or Disabled Exemption

• Deferral of Taxes for Senior Citizens or Disabled 

• Deferral of Taxes for Homeowners with Limited Income

• Designated Forest Land 

• Open Space

• Timber Land

• Agriculture

• Non Profit Organizations
