Assessor's Data

Self service work area available at our counter.  This area provides access to public records in a self-service environment. Staff will gladly show you how to use available resources to find the information you're looking for such as maps, sales reports, and assessment data concerning individual parcels in Kitsap County.

We offer one CD that includes all of the information listed below.  The data is updated at the beginning of every month.  A Request for Public Information form must be completed for every CD sold.  CDs are currently $5.00 each.

• Tax Maps - Our GIS maps are in .pdf format and the others are in .tif

• Property class codes - Excel format

• Latest "Statement of  Assessments" book - pdf format

• Readme file that defines the information on the disk - text format

• Disclaimer - text format

• Detailed assessment data - Excel format
