In order to reconsider your personal property assessment for 2009 taxes, we need supporting information as of January 1, 2008 by the appeal deadline shown on your notice of value.  Supporting documentation may include the following:

• Depreciation schedule
• Equipment register
• IRS Schedule C
• Balance sheet for the business
• General ledger
• Schedule of leased equipment
• Bill of Sale (if sold)
• Purchase and Sale Agreement (if sold)
