Kitsap County Sales Data

Property sales are grouped and analyzed by neighborhoods to determine assessed values in Kitsap County's computer assisted mass appraisal system.  All sales are scrutinized to insure that only arm's length transactions between normally motivated, willing buyers and sellers, which have been adequately exposed to the market, are used in the appraisal process.
