Disclosure of Public Records
The Public Records Officer for the County Auditor’s
Office is David Frisk, Administrative Services Manager.
To ensure that we receive and respond to your request in a timely manner,
all requests for records held in the County Auditor’s Office must be
submitted to the Public Records Officer and may be made in person, by fax,
mail, or email.
Please note that our office will not consider a request made absent
compliance with one of these methods. Our office’s business hours are 8:00
AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Any email received after business hours
are deemed received the next business day.
Within five days of receipt of the request, the County
Auditor’s Office will either: (1) provide the record(s); OR (2) deny
the request; OR (3) acknowledge the request and provide a reasonable time
estimate for the response. The County Auditor’s Office may charge a fee of
$0.15 per page for copies that are provided. Payment is required
before copying or mailing.
