Top Two Primary Information - Due to a recent United States Supreme Court Ruling, Washington State will conduct a "Top Two Primary" in 2008. All partisan candidates for each office will appear on the Primary ballot.  The two candidates that receive the most votes qualify for the General Election regardless of party.
