City of Bainbridge Island
Proposition No. 1
Public Safety Facility Bonds

The City Council of the City of Bainbridge Island, Washington, adopted Ordinance No. 2015-18 concerning financing for a public safety facility. If approved, this proposition would authorize the City to finance the design, construction, land acquisition and related costs of developing and equipping a new public safety facility, including police, municipal court and related functions. It would authorize issuance of no more than $15,000,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within 20 years to be repaid by the annual levy of excess property taxes, all as provided in Ordinance No. 2015-18. Should this proposition be approved?

Proposition No. 1
Public Safety Bonds

The City Council of the City of Bremerton, Washington adopted Ordinance No. 5281 concerning financing for public safety. This proposition would authorize the City to purchase fire apparatus and fire and life safety equipment and to remodel fire facilities, to issue $4,500,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within a maximum of 11 years, and to levy excess property taxes annually to repay the Bonds, as provided in Ordinance No. 5281. Should this proposition be approved?

Upgrade of Apparatus and Fire and Life Safety Equipment Bonds - $6,725,000

The Board of Fire Commissioners of Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue adopted Resolution No. 15-23 concerning this proposition for bonds. This proposition would authorize the District to upgrade apparatus and fire and life safety equipment, to issue $6,725,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within a maximum of five years, and to collect excess property taxes annually to repay the bonds, as provided in Resolution No. 15-23. Should this proposition be:

Maintenance and Operations Levy

The Board of Fire Commissioners of Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue adopted Resolution No. 15-21 concerning a proposition to finance maintenance and operation expenses. This proposition, if approved, will authorize the District to levy, without regard to the dollar rate and percentage limitations imposed by chapter 84.52 RCW, a property tax upon all taxable property within the District of:
