Ballots Delivered by Email Request Form

Members of the US Armed Forces, Merchant Marine and their dependents, and overseas citizens complete the form below to have your ballots delivered by email.  E-ballots will be emailed 30 days prior to the Primary and 45 days prior to the General Election. Military and Overseas Voters will continue to receive email ballots for future elections. Non-military and non-overseas voter requests will be sent an email ballot on a one time basis.
