Vehicle and Boat Licensing

To register your vehicle in Washington State, you will need to provide proper photo identification, Certificate of Title (including lien holder information), registered owners signature and the odometer disclosure statement if the vehicle is 10 years or newer.  Credit Cards are not accepted.  Please contact WA Dept. of Licensing or your county licensing office at (360) 337.4440 if you have additional questions. Licensing Agencies within Kitsap County New vehicle and vessel sub-agency opens in South Kitsap on Oct. 3.

Marriage Licensing

Marriage licenses are issued at the Kitsap County Administration
Building, 619 Division Street, Port Orchard.

Fill in and print a Marriage Application Form or call (360) 337.4935
to have the Marriage Application faxed to you.

Pet Licensing

Kitsap County processes pet licenses for residents that live in unincorporated Kitsap County.  If you live in Bainbridge Island, Bremerton, Poulsbo, or Port Orchard please contact your city for pet licensing information.
