CITIZENS BUDGET ADVISORY COMMITTEE

Function/Purpose
The Citizens Budget Committee was created to review all County programs and services and make recommendations on what types of, and how services should be provided in the future.  The committee is tasked with examining the County's revenues, expenditures and mandated costs and making recommendations for a sustainable budget to support those services.

Established in Resolution 50-2008

Membership
The membership of up to thirteen civic, professional and community leaders is appointed by the Board of County Commissioners.

Meeting Time and Location
The meetings will be held every first and third Monday of each month from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioner's Chambers, Kitsap County Administration Building, Port Orchard.
