Imaging Update (Don Burger) * Reviewed installation timeline for the imaging system for the Commissioner’s Office and Department of Administrative Services. Installation will begin in mid-February and is scheduled to be completed by the end of March. 2:20 3. USS STENNIS Arrival / Family Fair (Don Burger) * Reviewed timeline and schedule of events for the arrival of USS STENNIS (1/8) and the STENNIS Family Fair (1/15). 2:40 4. Policy Review: Inclement Weather Policy (POL-360.1) Action: * Malcolm reviewed proposed changes and processes to inclement weather policy. * Add Terrie Battuello’s phone number to phone list. * Remove paragraph 3. D which discussed contacting PAO, County Administrator and insuring that the county security systems are appropriately programmed. * Department Heads responsible to insure that their departments are aware of essential requirements and who will fill those tasks. * Change name of number to “emergency information line.” * Employees are responsible to contact their supervisors if conditions impair their ability to go to work. 3:00 5.
