	Bainbridge Island Landfill Celebration August 3, 2002, City of Bainbridge Island Mayor Darlene Kordonowy of Bainbridge Island presents Commissioner Endresen with a plaque in recognition of city/county teamwork.
	Puget Sound Naval Bases Association Visit Washington Commissioner Endresen and the Association met with Pentagon officials and Congressional members in July to encourage continued work to Kitsap navy bases. 	Kingston Skate Park Kitsap County Commissioner Chris Endresen and a representative of TEK Construction for the Kingston Skate Park are pictured at the ground breaking ceremony. The 8,500 square foot skating park opened July 2001. DIRECTIONS: The park is located on Lindvog Road in Kingston, half way between Highway 104 and West Kingston Road.
	Olympic View Transfer Station Kitsap County Commissioners Botkin and Endresen dedicate the new station on July 26 with the help of Waste Management representative Jon Angin. The facility replaces the sanitary landfill.
