The Special Projects division provides project management on large and complex projects that cross multiple county departments and offices. The Special Projects division also develops partnerships to carry out county goals, taking advantage of the talent and perspectives of various private, public and community partners. Additionally, the division provides legislative assistance and policy analysis on a variety of topics for the Kitsap County Board of Commissioners and County Administrator.
