Court Rules
All courts in Washington operate in accordance with the
State Rules of Court. Each local court modifies (but
still complies with) some of the State rules to specifically
govern how their court operates; these modified rules are
called Local Court Rules.
Pro se litigants are expected
to know and follow court rules and procedures. Below
are links to both the State Rules of Court and the Kitsap
County Local Court Rules.
