About Budget & Finance

The Budget Division is responsible for the compilation and management of the annual County budget as well as monitoring the budget status during the year. This Division also prepares revenue and expenditure analyses and forecasts.  The Budget & Finance Division manages the County's short- and long-term debt programs in a manner which provides operating and capital funding for the County at the lowest possible cost.
