In an effort to improve customer response times, the
Department of Community Development will be implementing an
Open Line that will be designed to provide answers to your
questions. During the initial implementation phase,
specially-trained operators will take your calls and be able
to answer general questions, make appointments with reviewers
or route your call to the appropriate DCD staff member.
In future phases of implementation, an electronic tracking
system will be established to trace your information request
and ensure a more timely response to your questions. |
