General Information

The Kingston Citizen Advisory Council provides a discussion forum for community interests and issues. The Council enhances communication between Kingston-area residents and Kitsap County government, and coordinates efforts of the many council and community residents currently working to improve the Kingston community. KCAC members represent Kingston’s broad interests, and work together to proactively address community interests and concerns.

2008 Meetings

KCAC regular business meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month, 7:00 – 9:00pm at the Kingston Community Center, 11212 State Highway 104, Kingston. The public is invited to attend all meetings, and include opportunities for public comment.

Interpreter Services

Kitsap County is currently a member of the Washington State Procurement Cooperative which allows us access to contracted sign language interpreter services.  If you wish to request a sign language interpreter for any upcoming Citizen Advisory Committee Meetings, please contact Tina Holguin, ADA Coordinator for the Department of Community Development.  Please provide 1 - 2 weeks notice in order to find the most appropriate interpreter based on the client's communication needs, appointment settings and other factors.
