Faults
This map depicts locations for faults that are
believed to be sources of significant earthquakes (that is, those of
magnitude 6 or greater) during the Quaternary (the past 1,600,000
years). Locations of faults were taken from published
literature; these investigations were carried out at a variety of
scales of observation, hence some faults will be located more
precisely and accurately than others.

Watersheds of Kitsap County
Defines the named watersheds of Kitsap County. Includes parcels, streams, and
water bodies. While this data was created from a 30 meter resolution Digital Elevation Model, it is being displayed over a 6 foot resolution LiDAR hillshade. Some errors may be noted between the hydrology, the watershed boundaries, and the apparent surface topography seen in the hillshade. |
