Frequently Flooded Areas

The Kitsap County CAO (1999) defines Frequently Flooded Areas as Kitsap county lands, shore lands, and waters - which are within the 100-year floodplain (Floodway) as designated by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in Flood Insurance Rate and Boundary Maps (FIRM).
