     The Application Services Division is responsible for the support for an array of automated application systems used by County departments. As part of the support, this division provides assistance in the assessment of application needs; implementing vendor supplied software packages and the periodic upgrades to those packages; designing, coding, and implementing in-house developed application; on-going support (enhancement, corrections, reporting) of application; and web site design, maintenance, and presentation.

     Application Services works closely with Computer and Network Services, Geographical Information Systems and the Database Administrator to provide project management and acts as the coordinating liaison between Information Services and the user groups.
