Kitsap County’s Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Division provides core services and resources to County Departments, regional entities, and the public. Our services include development, maintenance and distribution of enterprise based and business-driven spatial data, applications and mapping. In collaboration with other divisions and departments, we provide GIS environment customization, web-based map and data develop, and on-going GIS application support.

As an additional resource, we provide the coordination of GIS activities, and software license management and maintenance across County departments. In conjunctions with other IS Divisions and County departments, we assist in evaluation and development of technology initiatives to achieve the Kitsap County Mission and Board of Commissioners’ Goals.
