     The Computer and Network Services Division is responsible for all the County Computer platforms, data network, and Computer Help Desk. Computer platforms include central mid-range systems such as IBM AS/400, Sun-Unix 3600, and HP 3000. This also includes a multitude of Microsoft Windows application and utility servers as well as Novell based File/Print and e-mail Servers. The Data Network includes T-1, DS-3, Fiber, and Wireless to nineteen end-points in the County. The Computer Help Desk supports the full range of PC's, Laptop/Tablets, and Personal Digital Assistants used by several hundred County employees.

     Computer and Network Services works closely with the other I/S Divisions as well as the County customer departments to help ensure the computing needs of the County employees are met as quickly and efficiently as possible.
