2001 DAIS Imagery of Kitsap County

About the image file

The kitco_dais_2001.sid image file is a mosaic (or composite) of the individual tile images licensed to Kitsap County by Space Imaging LLC. It is available in the MrSID file format which was created using LizardTech's GeoExpress software. Several products (ArcGIS Desktop, AutoCAD 3D Map) are available to view the image as well as LizardTech's free MrSID browser plug-in.

The imagery file itself is contained in an encrypted zip file. In order to extract the imagery and its associated files, you must enter the phrase "I acknowledge the copyright" as the password. Entering this phrase indicates your acknowledgement of the imagery copyright owned by Space Imaging LLC and the allowable uses as described.

Under our agreement with Space Imaging LLC, it is being made available to the public for non-commercial use only.
