- This feature class reflects all Kitsap county fire stations and identifies if they are "Staffed" and "Volunteer" stations. Staffed stations are those that have a crew 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Volunteer stations are those that do not have a crew 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Federal facility headquarter data are not spatially accurate within each federal facility and do not represent all existing federal fire facilities within Kitsap County due to federal security concerns.
NOTE: Central Kitsap Fire and Rescue (CKFR) Headquarter IS NOT a fire station and does not have fire fighting capabilities, however, was included in this feature class as it is the CKFR headquarter.
