The deadline for
completing any required paperwork is November 18, 2009. Please refer to
your open enrollment packet to determine what needs to be done prior to
that date.

Coverage
Employees enrolled in the County's medical plans
receive their vision coverage through Group Health or Premera.
Full-time employees who waive medical coverage are enrolled in vision
coverage through VSP (Vision Service Plan.) Part-time employees
who waive medical coverage have the option to enroll in VSP.
Dependent coverage is also available.
