BASIC LIFE
The County provides a $24,000 life insurance policy for each employee.
VOLUNTARY TERM LIFE (VTL)
Coverage is available in
$10,000 increments for employees and spouses and $2,000 increments for
dependent children. Premiums are based on age and insurance requires
underwriting.
VOLUNTARY ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D)
Coverage is available for enrollment at any time and does not require
pre-approval. Premiums are based on amount of coverage requested and plan
pays for accidental death or dismemberment only.
