Welcome to the Olympic Consortium WorkSource web site! Bringing
employers and job seekers together in Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap
counties.
Our Vision and Mission
We are a customer-driven workforce development system delivering
easily accessed, high quality training and placement services for
job seekers and employers. The Consortium promotes common planning
and shared resources while continuously striving to improve its
services and products.
Who We Are
The Partnership is made up of the nine county commissioners from
Clallam, Jefferson, and Kitsap counties, along with the Olympic
Workforce Development Council which has a business membership
majority, and various community and state agencies and
organizations, such as Employment Security Department, Department of
Social and Health Services, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation,
Kitsap Community Resources, Olympic Educational Services District,
and others.
Youth Council
The Youth Council represents community members who are concerned
about and wish to resolve youth employment issues. The Council
meets quarterly to review progress towards improving job training
services for youth.
