Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney position available.

Salary range $62,000 - $93,000 - DOE.

The Kitsap County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, Civil Division, seeks an attorney with at least two years experience in public employment, labor, and general municipal law. Applicants must be admitted to the WSBA. The successful candidate will advise and work closely with the sheriff's office and jail administration, so experience advising a law enforcement agency is preferred. The attorney will handle litigation, arbitrations, including interest arbitrations, and represent the County before the Public Employees Relations Commission and in state and federal court.
