CASA is but one of the many child advocacy organizations present on the World Wide Web. The following organizations maintain useful web sites that address all aspects of the child advocacy movement.
- The ABA Center on Children and the Law Established in 1978, the ABA Center on Children and the Law's mission is to improve children's lives through advances in law, justice, knowledge, practice, and public policy.
- Children Now is a great Internet resource for a variety of children's issues including education, health, violence, the family, and the media. It provides a comprehensive listing of other Web sites that focus on children.
- Children's Defense Fund is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization that addresses the needs of disadvantaged children. Marian Wright
Edelman, one of the most influential child advocates in the U.S., heads CDF.
- Child Welfare League of America, a membership association of over 1,000 agencies dealing with children's issues, maintains an informational Web site. Organizations involved with CWLA focus on issues ranging from child protection and adoption to teen pregnancy prevention.
- Global Childnet is a worldwide Internet resource on children. It includes both a bibliographic citations database, as well as a database of children's organizations all over the world.
