Kitsap Transit is the Best Ride at the
Kitsap County Fair & Stampede

Fair Express Buses

• Catch a bus to the front door of the Kitsap County Fair & Stampede!  Fair Express buses operate from the East Bremerton Transfer Center and Kitsap Mall to the Fair.  Save $2 on Fair admission when you ride!

Departing Kitsap Mall

• Buses depart from the Flag Pavilion entrance on the west side of the Kitsap Mall

• Buses will be available starting Wednesday, August 26 and run through Sunday, August 30

• Buses depart every hour and half-hour starting at 9:30 am

Departing East Bremerton Transfer Center

• Buses depart from the bus transfer center on the corner of Wheaton Way & Sylvan

• Buses will be available starting Wednesday, August 26 and run through Sunday, August 30

• Buses depart every hour and half-hour starting at 9:30 am

Leaving the Fair

• Buses depart the Fair returning to both above locations at :05 and :35 minutes after every hour until 11:05 pm Wednesday through Saturday and 10:05 pm on Sunday of Fair.

Ride FREE!!

• Look for free bus ride coupons on the Kitsap Transit website at www.kitsaptransit.org.  With the coupon, you'll ride free on Kitsap Transit's Fair Express buses.  Without a coupon, the fare is $1.50 riding to the Fair.  Service is free to all passengers departing the Kitsap County Fairgrounds.

Save Even More!!

• Every Fair Express bus rider will get a $2 Fair Discount Coupon.  Due to the discount admission specials on Wednesday, August 26th and on Friday, August 28th, coupons will not be distributed by bus drivers until 12:00 pm, Noon

Parking Shuttles

• If you have to bring your car to the Fair, you can still hitch a free ride from Kitsap Transit to the front door of the Kitsap Sun Pavilion.  Free parking shuttles will operate from Fair parking areas to the Kitsap Sun Pavilion Wednesday through Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm and Sunday from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. 

#37 Bus Route Detour

• Fairgrounds Road from Nels Nelson to Tracyton is scheduled to close on Monday, August 24.  Due to this closure and traffic congestion, August 24 - 30, the #37 Fairgrounds Shuttle bus will operate on Central Valley instead of Tracyton Boulevard to Bucklin Hill Road.  If congestion on Nels Nelson becomes too severe, the #37 will serve only Bucklin Hill and Nels Nelson to Silver Street, then return to the Mall.
