Region: South  District

Description: Lake access, swimming area, fishing pier, picnic areas, playground, volleyball court, ball field, restrooms, community center and life jacket kiosk. The ball field and volleyball court is open play, first come, first served.

Directions: 5100 Long Lake Road SE, Port Orchard WA 98367

From Tacoma: Take Hwy 16 West to the Sedgwick Rd exit; turn right onto Sedgwick Rd. Travel on Sedgwick Rd To long Lake Rd, go right onto Long Lake Rd. The park is on the right.

From Bremerton: Take Hwy 16 East (towards Tacoma), take the Sedgwick Rd exit, turn left onto Sedgwick Rd. Travel to Long Lake Rd, and turn right on Long Lake Rd. Park is on the right.

NOTE: Effective October 1 through March 31 each year, Long Lake County Park will be closed to the public for the winter season. Access gates to the parking lots and park areas will be closed and locked during this time. However The Long Lake Community Center is available to rent all year long.
FISHING AND BOAT ACCESS
  • Fishing is allowed on the lake only between March 31st and October 1st.
  • Fishing is allowed on the lake by canoe, kayak or small boats with no motors, at the NON-TRAILERABLE Boat Launch. The WDFW access along the western shore has a boat ramp and boat dock. The northern shore of the lake has a fishing pier and plenty of shoreline access.
  • Fishing is allowed at the fishing pier, located along the northern shore
  • Fishing from the swimming area is prohibited.
  • Swimming from the fishing prier is prohibited.

Bob Oke Long Lake Community Room
The community center is a perfect facility for weddings, private parties, family reunions, picnics, meetings and much more. This spacious rustic cedar-sided building is located on the shores of Long Lake in South Kitsap. Seating accommodates up to 75 attendees, tables and chairs are provided. Adjacent to the building is a playground, large grass playfield and a ball field. The adjacent grassy playfield is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Application must be received before a reservation can be made. For the Community Centers and picnic shelters, applications are completed on a first come first served basis, though you may have turned one into our office, your application is not approved until you have received a contract. Once your application is approved we will email a contract to you.
