County Announces Community Open House on Silverdale
Sub-Area Planning Process
PORT ORCHARD, WA—The Kitsap County Department of
Community Development and Silverdale Citizen’s Advisory Committee (CAC) will
host a Community Open House on Thursday, October 27, 5:00–9:00 p.m., at
Island Lake Park Community Center.
The Community Open House will be one of many opportunities for members of
the public to review work completed thus far by CAC volunteers, ask
questions and provide comment on the progress of the Silverdale Sub-Area
Plan. Key topics of display include visioning, land use
alternative concepts, watershed analysis, urban design guidelines and
existing conditions.
