County Hosts Camp Chill! Winter Break

ORCHARD, WA—The Kitsap County Department of Facilities, Parks and Recreation
will present cultural, chilling and challenging
Camp Chill!,
a winter break day camp, on December 19–22 and 27–30 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. at Presidents Hall, Kitsap County Fairgrounds.
Children
grades K through 6th will spend the morning exploring a variety of cultures
and their holiday traditions through crafts, guest speakers, games and
ethnic snack preparation. Then in the afternoon, children will be challenged
with a variety of sports and games.
The cost
is $75 per camper for each four-day session, or $20 per day for drop-ins. A
camp packet will be provided when the minimum camp size of 20 is met. The
deadline for registration is December 8.
