County Commissioners Scheduled to Review Parks,
Recreation and Open Space Plan Update on June 26

ORCHARD, WA—A
public hearing for the Board of County Commissioners to review the final
draft of the updated Kitsap County Parks, Recreation and Open Space Plan will be
held on Monday, June 26, at 10:00 a.m. The hearing will take place in the Commissioners' Chambers in the
new Administration Building.
The plan has gone
through an extensive public process over the past six months, with an
exceptional amount of citizen input and participation through public
workshops and focus group meetings. The hearing on June 26 will provide
citizens with a final opportunity to share their comments before the Board.
