Human Rights Council Seeking Public Opinion
PORT
ORCHARD, WA—The Kitsap County Council for Human Rights will hold
their monthly meeting at the Givens Community Center in Port Orchard on
Tuesday, August 8. As part of an outreach effort, the council is interested
in finding out what issues the public feels the council should be addressing
and about recent experiences citizens may have had with racism or
discrimination.
The council will begin its business meeting at 6:00 p.m. At 7:00 p.m, the
floor will be open to the public. Speakers will be limited to 3 minutes.
Individuals may also submit concerns in writing. For more information,
