County Hosts Monster Mash Teen Dance
PORT ORCHARD, WA— Dance to today’s hottest music at a
Halloween-themed party on Saturday, October 14, 8:00 to 11:00 p.m., at the
Kitsap Fairgrounds and Event Center, President’s Hall. All 9-12 grade ghouls
and boys are encouraged to wear costumes. Upon entry, there is no leaving the facility before
11:00 p.m. without parental consent. Admission
is $5 per person with Student ID and $10 without. Dance will include a DJ,
contests, prizes and a pizza/pop combo for $1.
The event is chaperoned by Kitsap County Facilities, Parks and Recreation
and special security staff on site. Please do not bring extra gear, because it will be
checked at the door.
Don't miss this new Saturday night hot spot for friends, food, prizes
and great music! Comments form the last dances held were “Cool DJ,” “People
are dancing,” “A lot of cool stuff” and “Can’t wait for the next dances!”
The next dance is scheduled for November 11 at the same location and times,
and will include a patriotic theme.
