Association of the United States and Canada.
“We’ve worked hard at Kitsap County to communicate clearly and openly with
the people we serve, and we’re honored that our 2007 Budget Book has been
recognized as one of the best public documents in the nation,” Kitsap County

“This award to Kitsap County recognizes the county's outstanding achievement
in presenting a budget document of the very highest quality that truly meets
the needs of both decision makers and citizens" said Stephen Gauthier of the

To win the award, Kitsap County had to meet nationally recognized guidelines
