Banner Forest Closed Temporarily

PORT ORCHARD, WA—Due to the recent bear attack on a mountain bike rider, Banner Forrest will be closed temporarily. The Department of Fish and Wildlife will be attempting to capture the bear, which could take up to two weeks. Both gates to the park will remain barricaded until the park reopens.
