A Kitsap County Halloween tradition returns – the 12th
Annual Halloween Family Fun Night
PORT
ORCHARD, WA—Back is the popular demand is the free Halloween
Family Fun Night, October 31, 5:30 – 8:30 PM at the Givens Community Center,
1026 Sidney Road, Port Orchard.
All trick-or-treaters 6th grade and under and their families are welcome to
enjoy the old fashioned carnival games, prizes, toys, inflated bouncing room
and, of course, lots of candy! Costumes are optional and donations of cash,
bags of individually wrapped candy and small toy items are always
appreciated.
The free event is made possible with the support of community groups and
volunteers, including the Kitsap County Shrine Club serving up concessions
of hot dogs, nachos and more; the South Kitsap Rotary taking souvenir photos
and the Gold Wing Riders Association providing security outside the
building. More civic and business groups are sought and welcome to help
staff carnival booths, with the groups’ banner displayed at the booth.
