Special Three-Day Filing Period

(Port Orchard) - The Kitsap County Auditor, Walter E. Washington, has announced a special three day filing period for candidates interested in running for Public Office for the following positions:


Central Kitsap School District No. 401, Director District  2
– 2 year unexpired term

The special filing period will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, July 13, 2009 and end at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2009. This special filing period has been called because the candidate who filed for the office has withdrawn from the race.

Any registered voter residing within the Director district is eligible to file for this office.
