DCD Requires Submittal of all Missing or Incomplete Permit Review Items

(Port Orchard) - On May 7th, DCD began sending coordinated deficiency reports for residential projects to all applicants that needed to submit additional information for the application to be reviewed. Beginning
September 1, 2012 DCD will require items identified in the deficiency letter to be submitted together. If items are missing, the customer will be required to gather all documents and submit them to DCD in order for the review to continue. This new requirement will ensure that complete applications have priority and will not be impacted by review of incomplete applications.
