Community meeting set for Manchester Stormwater Park

Manchester Stormwater Park Concept Design Preview
Manchester Public Library
8067 East Main Street in Manchester
Tuesday December 12 - 6:30 p.m.

(Port Orchard) - Kitsap County Public Works invites community members to a short presentation of the latest concept drawing for the new Manchester Stormwater Park.

A design workshop and public input period was held earlier this fall for the public to provide suggestions for the community commons area of the stormwater park. Based on this input, County staff will present and discuss the Stormwater Park conceptual drawing.

This project, currently scheduled to begin construction in 2014, will add high-capacity stormwater treatment for the area and create a new Stormwater Park with community amenities at the corner of Colchester and Main. For more information, visit
